A Little Xiao Long Bao Know-how

Before we begin it's important to say a little about xiao long bao.
Without being too nerdy (read wiki for a slightly more in-depth analysis), they're basically dumplings filled with meaty soup and minced pork, eaten with a vinegar and ginger dipping sauce.

There are varying opinions on how to eat them:
I like to bite the top off, let the steam out, pour in a little vinegar then eat it in one go.
The Doc prefers to dip in the sauce, bite a little hole in the side, suck out the soup, then eat it in one go (apparently  the "correct" way).
Jordus has ADD so adopts a mix-and-match approach.

Marks will be based on six different criteria:
Soup
Pastry
Filling
Appearance
Value for money
Dipping sauce

This will give an overall score out of 10.

Let the games begin.
