The Great Xiao Long Bao Hunt Has Begun

Welcome to the Great Xiao Long Bao Hunt

After years of eating dim sum myself, Jordus and The Doctor decided that the soupy dumplings are the absolute pinnacle, so we have taken it upon ourselves to find the tastiest xiao long bao in London.

For the next few months we'll be trawling the capital's best dim sum joints in search of the greatest.

Potential winners of "Greatest Xiao Long Bao in London" include:
Hong Kong
Leong's Legends
Min Jiang
Pearl Liang
Penninsula
Phoenix Palace
Superstar

We'll be adding to it as we go along... let us know if you have a recommendation.

What about Royal China? I think the dim sum there is great.

Agreed, Royal China is pretty good. It has been added to the list. I'll post an updated version soon.

  6. How will Xiao Long Bao buns be rated? Are we talking qualitative analysis or on a likert scale, should it be the latter what range will we be using? Should I be running such a trial I would be quite rigrous in approach and perhaps plump for a mixed methodology. PS - is a sample size of three deemed robust?
